Shipping Information

We ship primarily USPS and UPS. If you prefer FedEx please CONTACT US. Our Shipping Department is closed on the weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and on all Federal Holidays, so any orders placed during the weekend or on a Federal Holiday will ship the following business day. Limited circumstances may also delay dispatch time (i.e. combined orders, order verification, high volume, etc).

Note: Some items cannot be shipped via USPS (i.e. Zippo fuel, Pepper Sprays, certain knives, etc) and we reserve the right to modify your shipping selection if necessary.

If you have specific shipping needs we suggest you CONTACT US us prior to placing your order. We can generally accommodate most needs (i.e. overnight shipping).

Most orders are shipped with no signature required. If you have a specific preference (i.e. "I want a signature required" or "I don't want a signature required") please let us know in the comment box at checkout.

At this time, our international shipping is limited to CANADA only. In the future we may expand and begin shipping to other countries.

Some items we sell are restricted in certain areas. Please make sure you understand our TERMS & CONDITIONS (you will be required to agree to them before you can place an order).

Please note: There are some areas within the USA where we simply cannot ship certain restricted items (i.e. defense sprays, automatic knives, stun guns, knuckles, police batons, etc). These areas include, but are not limited to, portions of Illinois, California, Massachusetts, New York, Maryland, New Jersey, and Washington D.C. Exceptions are made as local laws permit (proper ID may be required at the time of purchase).

If your order is more than $49 then shipping is free if you choose the "free shipping" option (we will ship via the most cost effective method).*

Standard shipping within the USA

We offer both UPS and USPS options at checkout. Some items cannot be shipped via USPS (i.e. Zippo fuel, Pepper Sprays, certain knives, etc) and we reserve the right to modify your shipping selection if necessary. Please CONTACT US if you want your order shipped FedEx.

USPS First Class Mail shipping within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska and US territories) is $3.99, and is available for orders under 16 oz.

USPS Priority Mail Shipping within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska and US territories) is $6.99. Some oversized and overweight items have additional shipping costs.

UPS Ground pricing will be calculated by weight.

Express shipping in the USA:

If you're in a hurry you can purchase Express shipping. Express orders are given full precedence and often you will receive you items within 3 buisness days (they must be signed for unless you indicate otherwise in the comments box when you checkout). Express mail is $19.99. Delivery time is usually 1-3 days. Express shipping comes with a tracking number and is insured. Express orders placed after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. If you need overnight shipping please contact us for pricing and arrangements. Some oversized items do not qualify for Express shipping.

IMPORTANT: When you checkout you will be presented with these shipping options. The price will be calculated and all you need to do is select the option you want.

ABOUT SHIPPING OPTIONS

Orders may be sent via USPS or UPS at our discretion. If you have a particular preference regarding your shipping method please let us know prior to shipping (e.g. FedEx). Additional charges may apply. Some restricted items may may require ground shipping (i.e. lighter fluid, defense sprays).

Shipping to APO and FPO Addresses

All shipping to APO and FPO addresses will be done via USPS. When entering an order with an APO or FPO address please remember to use "United States" as your shipping country. Your package will be routed to the correct destination no matter where you actually are.

We support our troops! If you order is going to an APO or FPO address (or any military base) you write "ARMED FORCES" in the notes at checkout and we'll refund your shipping. This applies to First Class and Priority USPS shipping only. Express USPS shipping is not an option to APO or FPO addresses.

Tracking your package

You can track a UPS package at www.ups.com.

You can track a FedEx package at www.fedex.com

You can track a USPS package at www.usps.com.

Please Note: a Delivery Confirmation number (USPS) allows you to see when your item is actually delivered to your post office or house. Delivery confirmation is not comprehensive tracking. Prior to your order leaving our facility, we will email you the USPS delivery confirmation number or UPS tracking number.

Address Verification

In some cases orders that are shipped to an address that is not authorized by the credit card issuer are subject to delays, verification emails/phone calls and/or cancellation. Additionally, in some cases orders that are shipped to an address other than the authorized billing address are subject to delay and verification. In situations where we cannot authenticate the validity or an order that order will be cancelled.
